RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Liveteky, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. Return Timeframe
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support.Liveteky@gmail.com with your order details
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once approved, you must ship the product back as instructed
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Products without original packaging
- Certain hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping
